摘要
油田油管属中高含硅钢管,在热浸镀锌过程中通常产生"圣德林效应",致使镀层结合力差,易起皮脱落。多次试验表明,向锌液中添加多元合金及热浸镀过程中使用振荡器可有效抑制"圣德林效应"(Sandelin effect)的产生。
Medium to high silicon steels may produce "Sandelin effect" in the process of hot dipping,resulting in bad binding force and easy peeling off of the coating.Repeated experiments show that the addition of a special polybasic alloy to the zinc bath with the application of oscillator in the process of hot dipping can prohibit the occurrence of the "sandelin effect".
