17例鼻咽黏膜下型癌经鼻内镜下临床诊断结果分析

Seventeen cases analysis of clinical diagnosis for sub-mucous nasopharynx carcinoma using rhinoendoscope

目的探讨鼻内镜在鼻咽黏膜下型癌诊断中的应用。方法对17例临床初诊鼻咽癌患者行表面麻醉鼻内镜下鼻咽部活检。结果 17例患者中,1次活检成功16例,成功率94.1%,2次1例。共获取组织标本73块,每例获取标本数3～6块,平均4.3块。病理检查见癌细胞或癌组织的组织块61块,占总活检组织数的83.6%。结论对疑诊鼻咽黏膜下型癌患者行鼻内镜下活检,有利于提高活检成功率。

[ Objective ] To investigate the clinical use of endoscope in diagnosis of sub-mucous nasopharynx carcinoma. [Methods] Seventeen patients with nasopharynx carcinoma suspected were biopsied under surface aneathesia by using endoscope. [ Results ] Among seventeen cases suspected of nasopharynx carcinoma by using endoscope, 16 cases （94.1%） were established correct diagnosis for one time, one case two times, Total seventy three pieces of sample were obtained, range from three to six pieces, average four point three pieces for each patient, sixty one pieces of sample were verified as carcinoma, accounting for eighty three point six percent of all sample. [Conclusions ] Patient, suspected with sub-mucous nasopharynx carcinoma, should be conducted nasopharyngeal biopsy using endoscopeis in order to enhance rate of final diagnosis.
