摘要
采用有限元结合实验对斜凸缘铝合金锥形件充液拉深中预胀作用进行研究。研究结果表明:在斜凸缘锥形件的成形中,凸模底面和板料在预胀以及拉深初始阶段的接触不同步,是造成零件锥壁底部产生壁厚明显减薄痕迹的原因;预胀时凸模的位置对凸模圆角处零件壁厚分布有一定的影响,并且对低端锥壁圆角处的影响比对高端锥壁圆角的影响更为显著;凸模先下行一定位移,然后配合合适的预胀加载路线可以改善此处壁厚的减薄,减轻壁厚减薄留下的明显痕迹。
The effects of pre-bulging during hydromechanical deep drawing of conical cups with inclined flange were investigated using experiments coupled with FE method.The result shows that the reason for obviously thinning at the bottom of the formed parst is loss of synchronization during the punch bottom touching the blank;the punch position in the pre-bulging stage affects the thickness distribution of the wall at the punch cornor.An appropriate pre-buging loading path along with right position of the punch during prebulging process can contribute to reduce the wall thinning rate,and reduce the traces caused by wall thinning at the bottom of the formed parts.
