腕管镜与小切口松解治疗腕管综合症的对比研究 被引量：9

摘要 目的对比双孔道腕管镜法和掌部小切口法松解治疗腕管综合症的效果。方法我院骨科自2007年2月～2010年3月收治并获完整随访的腕管综合症患者38例,其中17例行双孔道腕管镜下腕横韧带松解术,21例行掌部小切口腕横韧带松解术。于术后1个月和3个月时进行随访,以Kelly分级评定疗效,并统计并发症发生率和手术时间。结果腕管镜组和小切口组手术时间分别为(18.59±4.67)min和(13.23±3.21)min(P<0.05);术后1个月腕管镜组和小切口组优良率分别为58.82%和66.67%(P<0.05),术后3个月分别为76.47%和80.95%(P>0.05)。两组术后均无神经损伤并发症,腕管镜组有1例发生伤口血肿。结论双孔道腕管镜法和掌部小切口法都是治疗腕管综合症的有效安全的手术手段,掌部小切口法短期效果更好。
