摘要
针对挤压机挤压线材时,受常规挤压系统结构影响,造成线材长度受限,尾料损失较大,设备效能等不能有效发挥这一现状,将6000kN挤压机100挤压系统的组件结构及挤压工艺进行了分析和改进研究,提出了改进方案。通过工装模具的设计改进,实现了无尾料连续挤压,使挤压工序减少,生产效率提高;同时,有效解决了某些特性材料超长线材的制备难题,对充分发挥设备效能有较好的参考价值。
Considering the influence caused by the structure of conventional extrusion system when extruding wires,such as the limitation of wire length,mass lass of remainder,ineffectively performance of the device,the structural components and extrusion process of 100 extrusion system for 6000kN extruder were analyzed,and one kind of improved scheme was given.Through improving the design of frock die,continuous extrusion with no remainder was realized,the extrusion process was simplified,the production efficiency was improved,at the same time the preparation problem of long wire rod with characteristics was solved effectively,which also provides references for the full use of the equipment.
