摘要
针对摆杆零件批量大、尺寸小、尺寸精度及形位公差要求高的特点,设计了合理的冲压工艺和排样图以及模具结构。经分析冲压生产该零件时可能会产生带料扭曲变形,零件上的(9.3±0.15)mm,(22.5±0.1)mm,(1.5±0.1)mm尺寸精度由于回弹变形会难以保证,冲导正销孔时可能会跳屑等问题,并找到了相应的解决措施。经生产实践证明,冲压工艺和排样及模具结构设计合理,稳定地生产出了完全符合要求的零件。
A resonable stamping process,layout diagrams and structure of mold were designed for the pendulum with small size,high-volume and high requirements for size and position tolerance.The parts were analyzed that the stripping materials might be tortured,the dimensional accuracy of(9.3 ± 0.15)mm,(22.5±0.1)mm,(1.5±0.1)mm could not be guaranteed for springback,and the jump-crumbs would be occured when stamping incoming stock hole.Then the corresponding solutions were found.The production practical shows that the stamping process,layout diagrams and mold structure design are reasonable and the qualified parts are obtained.
