螺旋伞齿轮从动轮毛坯锻造成形数值模拟

Numerical simulation on forging technology of spiral bevel driven gear blank

摘要 "热锻造+机加工"是螺旋伞齿轮制造的一种有效方式,热锻件质量的好坏决定了最终产品的性能。通过运用有限元分析软件Deform-3D对螺旋伞齿轮从动轮毛坯的热锻造过程进行数值模拟,研究了锻造过程中金属流动规律。结果显示,金属在阶梯处流动困难,导致锻件阶梯处的应力应变大,温度高。通过对模具参数进行改进,可以改善金属的流动情况。同时,研究了锻造能耗与始锻温度之间的关系。结果表明,在不同始锻温度下,锻造能耗相差不大。锻造过程数值模拟可为模具参数和锻造工艺参数的改进提供参考。 "Hot forging + machining"is an effective way to manufacture spiral bevel gear.The final product’s performance depends on the quality of hot forging.The finite element software Deform-3D was used to simulate the hot forging process of spiral bevel driven gear blank.The metal flow law of forging process was studied.The results show that the stress and strain are great and the temperature is high in the ladder place because of the metal flows difficultly in the ladder place.The flow of metal can be better by improving die parameters.The relationship between initial forging temperature and forging energy consumption was studied.The results show that the forging energy consumption changes a little when the initial forging temperature is different.The numerical simulation on forging technology can be applied to improve die patameters and forging process parameters.
