摘要
随着近几年我国汽车工业的飞速发展,与之相应的汽车零部件尤其是直齿锥齿轮精密冷锻件的加工技术、制造水平也在不断提高。为适应冷锻件技术的发展,结合现有的机械行业标准《直齿锥齿轮精密热锻件技术条件》,进行了《直齿锥齿轮精密冷锻件技术条件》的研制。参考国内外同行业的技术标准,结合国内现有直齿锥齿轮精密冷锻件的制造水平、技术能力和生产现状,从原材料控制、毛坯要求、锻件表面结构要求、尺寸及形位公差、锻件表面及组织缺陷、热处理要求、表面清理、质量检测以及包装和运输等各个过程,对直齿锥齿轮精密冷锻件的加工制造制订机械行业标准。
With the rapid development of auto-industry in China in recent years,machining technologies and manufacturing levels for related auto-components,especially cold precision forgings of straight bevel gear,are being continuously improved.To accommodate the technology development of cold precision forgings,it is necessary to carry out the research and development of 《Technical conditions for cold precision forgings of straight bevel gear》 combined with the current machinery industry standard 《Technical conditions for hot precision forgings of straight bevel gear》.In reference to technical standards in the same industry at home and abroad and in consideration of domestic manufacturing level,technical capability and production status for cold precision forgings of straight bevel gear,the every technical process specification for manufacturing cold precision forging was prepared,including raw material control,blanking,surface structure requirement of forgings,dimension and geometric tolerance,defect of forging surface and structure,heat treatment requirement,surface cleaning,quality inspection,packaging and transporting etc..
