摘要
分析了汽车电控喷油器的组成结构及工作原理,建立了电控喷油器开启延迟时间的计算模型。依据通电后线圈电流曲线的变化特点设计了一套喷油器针阀开启延迟时间测试系统。实验结果表明,在不同电源电压下,开启延迟时间的计算值与实测值基本一致,所开发的测试系统是可行的。
Based on the structure and working principle of an electronic gasoline injector a mathematical model to calculate its open delay time was built. According to the change characteristic of the coil current after electrifying, a measuring system to get the open delay time of the injector was developed. Under different working voltages, the open delay time of the injector obtained from the model and the measuring system was in substantial agreement, and the results showed that the measuring method was reasonable and feasible.
