产品是以绞股蓝为主要原料,经过一系列处理及科学方法配置而成。它是一种风味独特,营养丰富的保健食品,适用于各种人群,尤其是高血脂和免疫力低下人群。研究了绞股蓝茶果冻的口感和风味,果冻的调配工艺确定,调味剂的选择等,并通过正交试验确定了该保健食品的最佳配方。
This product is the Gynostemma Pentaphyllum juice, after a series of processing and scientific method into configuration. It is a unique flavor, nutritious health food, applicable to all kinds of people, especially hyperlipidemia and low immunity crowd. This paper studied the palate and identify Gynostemma tea flavor jelly, jelly mixing process to determine the selection, flavoring, and through an orthogonal test the best formula of the health food.
