摘要
研究了豆天蛾多糖CBP3抗氧化活性,结果表明:豆天蛾多糖CBP3的还原能力与其浓度呈极显著正相关,y=0.1433x+0.0029,R2=0.9918;豆天蛾多糖CBP3与O-2·清除率显著相关,y=10.865x+1.7857,R2=0.9719,IC50=591μg/mL;豆天蛾多糖CBP3与·OH清除率极显著相关,y=20.129x-12.489,R2=0.9978,IC50=536μg/mL。结论:豆天蛾多糖CBP3具有良好的体外抗氧化活性。
The anti-oxidant activity of polysaccharide CBP3 in Clanis bilineata tsingtauica Mell was studied. The results showed that reductive activity of CBP3 had very significantly positive relationship with its concentration, y=0.1433x+0.0029, R^2=0.9918; CBP3 had significantly positive relationship with scavenging ratio of O2. y=10.865x+1.7857, R^2=0.9719, IC50=591 μg/mL; CBP3 had very signifieantly positive relationship with scavenging ratio of .OH, y=20.129x-12.489, R2=0.9978, IC50=536 μg/mL. From the results it could be concluded that polysaccharide CBP3 in Clanis bilineata tsingtauica Mell had strong antioxidant capacity to have free radical scavenged in vitro.
