三波长分光光度法测定清热解毒注射剂中绿原酸的含量

Determination of the Contents of Chlorogenic Acid in Qingre Jiedu Injection by three Wavelength Spectrophotometry

采用三波长分光光度法不经提取分离直接测定清热解毒注射剂中绿原酸的含量。其组合波长为315、325和340.6nm。结果表明:此法简便、迅速、准确、稳定性好、回收率高(100.5%)。

The content of chlorogenic acid in Qingre Jiedu injection was determined by three wavelength spectrophtometry (315, 325 and 340.6nm), without any pretiminary separation. The results showed the advantages of the method in simplicity, rapidity, accuracy, stability and better recovery(100.5%), and so on.
