摘要
采用传统微生物筛选方法,及ELISA与PCR相结合的方法,对稻谷中污染主要霉菌进行分析,并从中筛选出4株优势菌株进行产毒试验,获得2株产毒能力较高菌株,对其中产毒能力最强的4号菌株做进一步的分子鉴定,结果与黄曲霉菌的同源性达到100%,通过聚类分析,结合形态学和分子生物学鉴定结果,该试验筛选到的产黄曲霉毒素菌株为黄曲霉菌(A.flavus)。
In this paper,for the traditional methods using microorganisms to filter,ELISA and PCR combination,the main contaminated fungi in paddy were analyzed,among which four advantages stains was selected for toxin-producting test,and 2 strains with high toxin production was obtained.The 4th strain,which have strongest capacity to produce toxin,was further identificated with molecular biology.The result showed that the homology with Aspergillus flavus reached to 100%.By cluster analysis and combined with morphological and molecular identification results,we can confirm the aflatoxigenic was Aspergillus flavus.
