池沼公鱼抗凝血作用的试验研究

Experimental reseach on male fish anticoagulant

研究池沼公鱼提取物的抗凝血作用。采用体外试验观察池沼公鱼提取物对家兔离体血浆复钙时间的影响,体内试验采用断尾法测定小鼠出血时间、毛细玻管法测定小鼠凝血时间。结果表明,池沼公鱼提取物能明显延长小鼠的出血、凝血时间及家兔离体血浆复钙时间,说明池沼公鱼提取物具有抗凝血作用。

Experiment studies the anticoagulant effects of mal fish extracts.Using an in vitro test observes the effects of male fish extracts on isolated rabbit plasma recalcification time.In vivo tests,used broken tail method to determine bleeding time of mice,capillary tube method for the determination of coagulation time of mice.The results showed male fish extracts can significantly extend he isolated rabbit plasma recalcification time,mice bleeding,coagulation time,showed that fish extract has anticoagulant effect.
