摘要 建立水果中19种元素电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)的分析方法。样品经微波消解后用ICP-MS进行分析,用Sc,Ge,Y,In,Tb,Bi作内标校正基体干扰和漂移。优化试验条件下,19种元素的线性范围为0~10μg/mL,线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,方法的检出限为0.010~3.911ng/mL,相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.59%~4.16%,添加水平为0.001~1 500μg/g时,水果样品中的19种元素平均加标回收率为89.6%~108.2%。该方法具有简单、快速和准确的特点,是一种简便、快速分析水果中无机元素的方法。 A method was established to determination of 19 metal elements in fruits.After microwave digestion,the samples were determined directly by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry which used Sc,Ge,Y,In,Tb,Bi as internal standard to correct matrix interference and signal drifting.Under the optimal conditions,the calibration curves for 19 metal elements were linear in the range of 0~10 μg/mL with correlation coefficients more than 0.999.The quantization limit of the method were ranged from 0.010 ng/g to 3.911 ng/g with RSD of 0.59%~4.16%(n=6).The mean recoveries of 19 metal elements from spiked samples at the spiking levels of 0.001~1 500 μg/g were ranged from 89.6% to 108.2%.The proposed method is fast,simple,sensitive and accurate,which can meet the demand for determining 19 metal elements in fruits.
