财富基尼系数与财富调节:基于财富创造与分享的现实考察

财富创造是经济学的永恒主题,财富占有和分享是社会发展的重要标志。财富分享涉及社会公平问题,基尼系数反映国民收入的差距及社会公平,财富基尼系数更反映社会财富分享和社会公平程度。当前我国财富基尼系数已经超过收入基尼系数,贫富差距拉大带来社会发展的隐患。全社会共同富裕是我们长远的社会发展目标和收入分配政策目标,是最高层面的社会公平。为实现共同富裕的目标,需要在经济增长的基础上,通过税收政策、产业政策、社会保障等手段调节财富关系,逐步缩小财富过度差距,促进社会和谐发展。

Based on the Reality of Wealth Creation and Share Study: Wealth share relates to social fairness,gini coefficient reflects the national income gap and social justice,wealth gini coefficient reflects the degree of social wealth share and social justice.The current China's wealth gini coefficient has outpaced income gini coefficient,the widening gap between rich and poor bring hidden trouble to social development.The common prosperity of the whole society is the long-term social development goal and income distribution policy goal.To achieve common prosperity,we need to regulate the wealth relationship on the basis of economic growth,through the tax policy,industrial policy,social security,economic ethics means to gradually reduce excessive wealth gap,and promote the harmonious development of the society.
