Evolution Logic of the Rural Cooperative Economy Policy of People's Republic of China

农村合作经济政策的正确选择和设定,是中国农村持续发展的重要制度保障。以农村信用合作社作为切入点,分析不同经济条件下、特别是市场经济条件下农民经济合作组织的演变过程,寻找对农民经济合作组织发展发生影响的决定因素,探讨包括规则以及由规则、信念、规范与组织(社会结构)组成的系统如何引导、保证和激励多种多样的交易行为以及制度发展与社会演变的相互作用过程。从与历史相结合的微观分析框架来考察新中国农村合作制演进过程中所体现的逻辑关系,认识和理解行动者群体间的互动、环境的影响及其发展出路,并关注制度变迁的内生性过程。

The right choice and setting up of rural cooperation policy is an important institutional guarantee for the rural sustainable development in China.This paper is based on study of the rural credit cooperative communities as an breakthrough point,analyzing the process of evolution for farmers economic cooperation organization under the different condition,especially market economy conditions,looking for the determinants which impacted on the development of economic cooperation organization of farmers,making a research not only rules but also the systems consisting of the rules,beliefs,norms and organizations(social structures),how to guide,ensure and inspire a variety of behavior of transaction.At the same time,this paper studies the interaction process of institutional development and social evolution.This needs us to explore the logic relationship during the evolution process of the new Chinese rural cooperative,to take an awareness and understanding of the interaction among the different groups,its environmental impact and developmental way,last focus on the endogenous process of institutional change.
