Thinking on China's Big Strategy

世界战略形势正在发生深刻变化,中国要破解前所未有的战略性难题,大战略的设计与运筹最为重要。中国需要一个前瞻性的大战略,向东西南北四个战略方向有区别地推进,让南北战略基轴线与东西战略拓展线纵横交互运作,以增强在国际战略空间的战略效能,其核心概括起来就是六个字:南北稳,东西进。换言之,中国大战略的垂直线是纵向连接,求深度;大战略的水平线是横向拓展,求广度。

The world strategic situation is undergoing profound changes.Thus to crack the unprecedented strategic problem of China,big strategic design and management are most important.China needs a forward-looking strategy,and we should promote it in four strategic directions differently and let the lines come across and interact with each other.The core words are: firm north and south,progress east and west.In other words,the strategy of China's large vertical line is vertical connections and searches for depth,while the horizontal line is horizontal development and searches for breadth.
