Significance and Experience of External Inter-party Exchange Since the Founding of the PRC

对外党际交流不同于政党外交,更不同于政府外交,它不受外交礼仪和程式的限制,其活动内容、方式、交流对象比较灵活。所以它往往发挥着政党外交或政府外交无法替代的作用。新中国成立初期,复杂不利的国际环境使中国共产党外交活动空间有限,大量的国际关系问题需要靠党际交流来解决;特别是中国政治体制的特殊性,使得对外党际交流与政党外交及国家总体外交形成了重合的关系,呈现出多重功能。新中国成立以来的对外党际交流对于中国共产党认识世界、走向世界以及探索中国特色社会主义建设道路发挥了极为重要的作用。

The external inter-party exchange is different from diplomacy with foreign governments;it is limitless of etiquette and process.Its content,the method and communicate targets are more flexible.So it often plays an irreplaceable role that political party or government foreign government can't play.After the founding of the People's Republic of China,complex international environment limited the activity space of the Communist Party of China.To solve a large number of international relationship problems,we need to rely on inter-party exchange.The external inter-party exchange and foreign relations diplomacy coincided with each other and present a multiple functions.The external inter-party exchange plays an important role for Chinese communist party to know the world,to explore the world and socialist construction road with Chinese features since the founding of PRC.
