广东省正常人群全血中锰、钴、硒参考值调查 被引量:10

Investigation on reference values of blood Mn,Co,Se in normal inhabitants in Guangdong province

摘要 目的调查广东省正常人群全血中锰(Mn)、钴(Co)、硒(Se)的正常水平,为广东人群正常参考值范围的确定提供依据,同时探讨性别、年龄及地区对血中元素的影响。方法根据广东省地理状况,将其分成4个区域,采用多阶段抽样的方法,从各区选择一个点作为本次研究的调查点。对非职业性接触金属元素的正常人群中年龄>6岁的2 559名研究对象进行采样。采集的血样经稀释10倍后,应用电感耦合等离子质谱法进行检测,数据使用SPSS 13.0统计处理。结果广东省正常人群全血中Mn、Co、Se的几何均数分别为11.97、0.31、165.90μg/L,其正常参考值依次为6.24~22.98、0.13~0.71、102.03~270.08μg/L。其中全血Mn、Co女性组高于男性组(P<0.05),全血Se男性组高于女性组(P<0.05)。相关性分析发现,血中Se水平可能与年龄呈正相关。结论与其他地区的调查研究相比,广东省正常人群全血Mn、Se水平较高,而血Co水平基本一致。 Objective To describe the levels of blood manganese (Mn), cobalt (Co) and selenium (Se) in normal inhabitants of Guangdong province, to provide basis for the establishment of normal reference ranges, and to explore the associations of trace element levels with gender, age and geographical difference. Methods According to the geographical situation of Guangdong province, it was divided into 4 areas. One point from each area was selected as the survey point of the study with the multi-stages sampling method. The blood samples were taken from 2 559 inhabitants without occupational exposure to metals, without acute or chronic diseases and age 〉 6. The samples were 10-fold diluted and detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS)and the statistical analysis was performed by SPSS software 13.0. Results The geometric mean levels of blood Mn, Co and Se in normal inhabitants of Guangdong province were 11.97, 0. 31 and 165.90 ug/L respectively. The norreal reference ranges of Mn, Co and Se in whole blood were 6. 24 -22. 98, 0. 13 - 0. 71 and 102. 03 -270. 08 ug/L. The levels of blood Mn and Co in women were higher than those of men, while the level of blood Se was lower than that of men. The level of blood Se had a positive correlation with age. Conclusion Compared with other regions, the levels of blood Mn and Se in normal inhabitants of Guangdong province were higher, but the level of blood Co was generally consistent.
