电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定食品添加剂纯碱中的杂质元素 被引量:3

Determination of Impurity Elements in Food Additives Soda by Octopole Reaction System Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

摘要 建立了用带八极杆碰撞/反应池的电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ORS-ICP-MS)测定食品添加剂食用纯碱中Mg,Al,K,Ca,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Mo,Cd,Ba,Hg,Pb等18种微量元素的方法。采用八极杆碰撞/反应池技术,有效地消除了多原子离子对待测元素的干扰,确定了试验的最佳测定条件。结果表明,各元素的检出限在0.002~0.209μg/g之间,加标回收率在91.0%~108.4%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于2.77%。 An analytical method for simultaneous determination of 18 impurity elements in food additives soda including Mg,Al,K,Ca,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Mo,Cd,Ba,Hg and Pb by octopole reaction system inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ORS-ICP-MS) has been established.Samples were decomposed by HNO3 followed by dilution with ultrapure water then the above 18 elements in the solution were analyzed directly by ORS-ICP-MS.The method was shown to be very sensitive with limits of quantification in the range of 0.002~0.209 μg/L for all investigated elements,the recovery of the samples was in the range of 91.0%~108.4% and the relative standard deviation(RSD) less than 2.77%.
