摘要
进口葡萄酒中总二氧化硫残留指标是国家质检部门的严控指标之一。建立采用GB/T 5009.34-2003食品中亚硫酸盐的测定——蒸馏法测定进口葡萄酒中总二氧化硫残留量的数学模型,系统分析了该法测量结果的不确定度的来源并对其各个分量进行评定,从而得出总二氧化硫残留量的不确定度结果。
