ABB公司设计了一种先进的电磁流量计,并结合微计算机控制技术,成功地解决了未充满管道中测量的准确性问题。其基本方法是在流量计变送器中设置了三组测量电极,通过分别往其中的一组电级中注入流速测量所需的激励信号和高度测量所需的激励信号,从三组测量电极中分别获取流速信号和高度信号,最后由带有微处理器的转换器对信号进行处理,得到所需要的真实流量信号,由此获得一种既能降低安装和维修成本,又能满足性能要求的解决方案。
By combining advanced microprocessor technology with a well-designed electromagnetic flowmeter, ABB Automation Inc. has solved the problems with the accurate measurement of flow in partially filled pipes. The basic method they take is to have three sets of measuring probes in a transducer of a flowmeter. By injecting a fill height and flow velocity excitation signal individually into one set of probes, picking up the resultant signals from the three sets of probes and sending them to computer-based converter to be processed, a real flow velocity signal can be got.
