摘要
对389种科技学术期刊稿酬制度作了调查,对支付作者稿酬中存在的不规范现象和弊端作了探讨,并提出了应对措施。
Through a survey of 389 scientific journals, non- standard phenomena and some drawbacks of remuneration existing in these journals are analyzed and discussed, and measures are proposed.
