Comments on Russian Enterprises in Modern China(1898～1917): Centering on Harbin Area

19世纪80年代后,俄国开始推行积极的远东政策。到90年代,俄国远东政策的直接表现是在华大规模兴办企业。近代俄国在华兴办的企业主要以哈尔滨地区为中心,以金融、交通企业的兴办为标志,类型涉及社会生活的方方面面,对中国东北社会发展产生了较大的影响。

After 1880,Russia pursued an active Far East policy. The direct evidence of the policy was the setting up of enterprises in large scale after 1890. In modern times, Russia initiated establishments, such as financial institutions and traffic transportation enterprises,mainly in Harbin area. These enterprises involved many aspects of social life, and made an great effect on social development in northeast China.
