摘要
针对沥滘污水处理厂二期工程合流污水来流迅猛、水质波动大、常规处理难以适应等特点,采用了高密度沉淀池处理工艺。通过对照现行规范和手册标准,详细解析了该新工艺在投药搅拌、加砂循环、高速沉淀等工序的设计要点及设计参数。试运行结果表明,该工艺高效可靠,在进水水质远超设计值的情况下,COD、BOD5去除率分别达75%、70%,出水SS、TP稳定达到设计标准。
The combined sewage was characterized by rapid flow, large quality fluctuation and dif- ficult treatment with conventional methods. High-density sedimentation tank was used. By comparing with the current norms and standards, the design features and parameters of the process were analyzed, inclu- ding chemicals dosing and stirring, sand-adding and cycling, high-speed sedimentation. The trial opera- tion results showed that the process was efficient and reliable. Under the condition of influent quality far exceeding the design value, the removal rates of COD and BOD5 were 75% and 70% respectively, and the effluent SS and TP met the design criterion.
