摘要
建立了采用吹扫捕集/气相色谱法同时检测水体中19种挥发性卤代烃的方法。样品经吹扫捕集浓缩富集,采用电子捕获检测器(ECD)进行定性定量分析。结果表明,该方法加标回收率为84.7%~109%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.3%~9.5%,最低检测限为0.000 5~0.03 mg/L。该方法具有灵敏度高、受干扰少、定性和定量准确、操作简便快速等特点,可用于水中多种挥发性卤代烃的同时测定。
A simultaneous determination method of 19 volatile halohydrocarbons in water was established using purge and trap/gas chromatography. After enriched by a purge and trap concentrator, wa- ter samples were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by an electron capture detector (ECD). The results showed that the spiked recoveries were 84.7% to 109% , the relative standard deviations (RSD) ranged from 1.3% to 9.5% , and the detection limits were between 0. 000 5 and 0.03 mg/L. The meth- od has characteristics of high sensitivity, less disturbance, accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis, easy and fast operation. It can be applied in simultaneous determination of multiple volatile halohydrocarbons in water.
