摘要 众包作为一种新型的商业模式,一经出现就引起了极大关注,对其概念、基础要素和应用等方面进行了广泛研究。旅游咨询业作为一种旅游新业态,具备现代旅游业、现代服务业和现代咨询业的一般特征:高综合性、高技术性、高知识性、高创造性,但在发展过程中遇到了人才、组织、创新等方面的困境。众包具有开放性、参与性、无边界、创新性的特征,与旅游咨询业具有内在契合点。引入众包模式,在人才共享、组织共存、价值共创方面进行创新,升级运营机制,规避在运行过程中的风险,推动旅游咨询业创新发展。 Crowdsourcing as a new business model, which caused great concern when it occurred, leads to an extensive research on concepts, fundamentals and applications. As new tourism operation models, tourist Consulting industry has the general charac- teristics of the modern tourism, modern service industry and modern consulting industry: high integrated, high-tech, high knowl- edge and high creativity. But it encountered the dilemma of talent, organization and innovation in the development. Crowdsourc- ing has the open, participatory, borderless, innovative features, which is the within meeting point with tourism consulting indus- try. Pulling into the crowdsourcing model, it can innovate the talent sharing, organization coexistence, value co-creating and up- grade the operating mechanism. In addition, avoiding the risk during operation and protecting the interests of the both side of crowdsourcing, and then, we will promote the innovation of tourist consulting industry.
