摘要
研究氧化物协同留硅蒸煮工艺,并运用均匀设计和偏最小二次回归分析方法对蒸煮工艺条件进行了优化,得到最佳工艺条件为:氢氧化钠13%、氧化铝0.41%、氧化镁0.51%、氧化钙3.2%。在该条件下纸浆得率48.64%,高锰酸钾值10.52,纸浆的二氧化硅含量3.62%;黑液的二氧化硅含量1.37g·L-1,黑液pH11.83。
The silica-remained cooking process was investigated. Partial least-squares regression method (PLS regression) in the uniform design was used to optimize process conditions of silica-remained wheat straw cooking process. Process conditions being optimized are as follows: alkali charge 13%; Al12O3, MgO and CaO charge are respectively 0.41%, 0.51%, 3.2%. Under the conditions, screened yield is 48.64%; potassium permanganate value is 10.52; silicon dioxide content in pulp is 3.62%; silicon dioxide concentration in black liquor is 1.37 g·L^-1; the pH of black liquor is 11.83.
