摘要
电离辐射诱发的自由基及活性氧的产生,是辐射间接损伤的主要因素,因此抗氧化药物的抗辐射效应逐渐受到重视。本文从SOD、N2O衍生物、新型小分子化合物及新型天然化合物几方面,就近年来拮抗氧化剂在辐射研究中的新进展做一概述。
Free radicals and reactive oxygen species produced by ionization radiation are the major objects induced the radiation damage of biologic targets. Therefore the radio-protective properties of antioxidants are taken more attention in recent years. In this paper, we review the new development of some important antioxidants such as SODs, derivatives of N2O, new small molecule compounds and new crude compounds.
