摘要
回转起竖装置是实现武器发射角调整的重要部件,其受载状况和结构形式复杂。文中首先对整个装置进行了结构设计,然后利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对其关键部位进行静力学分析,获得了转台在最危险工况下的应力、应变特性。最后对整个装置进行了模态分析,得到了装置前6阶模态的固有频率、振型等动力学特征。其分析结果表明该装置满足设计要求,并为回转起竖装置和转台的开发设计提供了理论基础。
Circumgyrate lift device is an important component with complicated load status and structure form, which is designed to adjust the fire angle of weapon. Firstly, the overview of the whole device structure is introduced in this paper. Then, by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS, Statics Analysis on the key parts of the device was executed. The stress and strain characteristics of turntable are subsequently calculated in the most dangerous condi- tion. Finally, Modal Analysis is implemented on the whole device, giving the device dynamic characteristics such as the first 6 order vibration modes and their respective natural frequencies. The results show that the device could satisfy the design requirements and provide theoratical foundation for circumgyrate lift device and turntable.
