摘要
大秦线货车钩舌实际工作条件恶劣,受力状况复杂,疲劳破坏是钩舌失效的主要形式。利用钩舌材料的本构关系实验数据,应用有限元方法进行了材料的非线性静力分析。在疲劳分析时,对大秦线实测载荷编制的分级载荷谱,和材料的S-N特性曲线,对钩舌进行疲劳寿命的有限元极值模拟分析。疲劳强度的预测结果与实验结果比较表明,当前FEA的模拟方法是有效和准确的。
As real working condition of heavy Cargo trucks is very crucial, and it bears complex forces and fatigue and fractare are the main failure modes. In this paper, experimental data of the material constitutive relationship are usedin the FEA for the coupler knuckle. The actual measured data for the Daqin-line are classified into five grades of the load spectrum, integrating with the material S-N characteristic curves in order to conduct the fatigue analysis. By applying Fe-safe software, the fatigue life prediction and damage analysis are carried out. Through comparisons of pres- ent FE simulations with the experiment results,it is shown that the FE analysies are fairly good and efficient.
