摘要
在国内外研究的基础上,从创新团队学习氛围、创新团队学习效果、创新团队学习激励、创新团队协作绩效四方面提出了创新团队学习机理的假设,构建了创新团队知识学习的结构方程模型,揭示了创新团队学习氛围、创新团队学习效果、创新团队学习激励、创新团队协作绩效间的相互影响关系,剖析了创新团队知识学习的发展方向。
On the basis of sudies at home and abroad, this paper proposes the hypotheses of learning mechanism od innovation team from four aspects of innovation team learning atmosphere, innovation team learning effects, innovation team learning incentive and inno- vation teamwork performance, build the structural equation model for knowledge learning of innovation team, reveals interactive rela- tionships among innovation team learning atmosphere, innovation team learning effects, innovation team learning incentive and innova- tion teamwork performance, analyzes the development direction of innovation team knowledge learning.
