单侧球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗陈旧性骨质疏松性椎体压扁骨折

Single approach percutaneous kyphoplasty in treatment of senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures

目的探讨单侧球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术(PKP)在陈旧性骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)治疗中的疗效。方法回顾性分析26例(31节椎体)陈旧性骨质疏松性椎体压扁骨折患者行单侧球囊扩张PKP治疗的临床及影像学资料,术前及术后进行视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)及Oswesty功能障碍指数(ODI)评价,并进行统计学分析。结果术后疼痛缓解程度及功能改善程度与术前相比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单侧球囊扩张PKP对陈旧性OVCF有较好的疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of percutaneous kyphoplasty for senile osteoporotie vertebral compression fractures. Methods From Jan 2007 to Feb 2010, 26 patients （31 vertebrae）with senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were treated with single approach percutaneous kyphoplasty （PKP）. Theapeutic effects of all patients were observed after operation, the items include visual analog scale （VAS） and Oswestry score. Results There was significant decrease in VAS and Oswestry score after operation, there was significant difference between preoperation and postoperation （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Single approach percutaneous kyphoplasty is effective methods in treating senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.
