国家骨干高职院校建设既要提升硬实力、更要提升软实力。通过提升院级干部的领导力、中层领导的执行力、教师的教育力和学生的学习力,建设校企融合的高职院校特色文化,确保实现国家骨干高职院校的建设目标。

Building the national key vocational college needs to promote the hard power, but more importantly, we should promote the soft power. There are four approaches to build the campus culture of vocational colleges which is blended with enterprise and ensure the building goal of national key vocational college are achieved： promoting the leadership of college cadres, promoting the execution capacity of middle managements, promoting the education capacity of teachers, promoting the learning capacity of college students.
