精神分裂症患者代谢综合征的患病率及相关因素

Prevalence Rate of Metabolic Syndrome and Associated Factors in Patients with Schizophrenia

目的探索精神分裂症患者伴发代谢综合征的患病率及相关因素。方法对使用单一非典型精神病药物6月以上的精神分裂症患者做调查,测定其代谢指标,采用世界糖尿病联盟(IDF,2005)全球统一标准定义代谢综合征(MS),了解精神分裂症患者伴发代谢综合征的发生率,用Logistic回归分析影响发生的相关因素。结果共入组完成386例,MS患病率为35.8%,MS患病率随年龄、病程的增加而增加(P<0.001),同时与服药有关。Logistis回归分析结果显示,年龄、病程进入方程(P<0.01)。结论非典型抗精神病药引起代谢综合征发生率高于普通人群,可能的危险因素有高龄、长病程。

Objective To explore the prevalence rate and associated factors of metabolic syndrome in patients with schizophrenia.Methods To investigate patients with schizophrenia who used single atypical antipsychotic drugs over 6 months,and test their metabolic index in accordance with the unified global standard definitions of metabolic syndrome in IDF in order to understand the prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome in patients with schizophrenia and analyze associated factors of metabolic syndrome by Logistic.Results The prevalence rate of MS in all 386 patients was 35.8%,prevalence rate increased with age and course of disease（P〈0.001）,and also with relation to the medication.Age and course of disease entered equation（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Incidence rate of metabolic syndrome in patients with schizophrenia taking atypical antipsychotic drugs is higher than in general population,the risk factors may include age and long course of disease.
