摘要
目的构建中学班主任胜任力模型并以此为基础编制问卷。方法通过关键事件访谈和开放式问卷等方法,并对其进行探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析。结果探索性因素分析表明,中学班主任胜任力由教学能力、教育能力、职业特质及个人特质4个维度构成。验证性因素分析表明:χ2/df=2.04,GFI=0.83,AGFI=0.80,RMSEA=0.06,NFI=0.82,IFI=0.90,CFI=0.90,问卷的内部一致性系数为0.95,各维度内部一致性系数为0.88~0.91。结论中学班主任胜任力问卷具有较好的信度与效度。
Objectives To explore the structure of competence and develop the questionnaire for middle school class teachers.Methods Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was used to develop and evaluate the structure of the questionnaire.The reliability and validity were also tested.Results Exploratory factor analysis of items indicated that the questionnaire included 4 dimensions:teaching abilities,educational capacity,professional qualities and personal attributes.The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the fit indexes for:χ2/df=2.04,GFI=0.83,AGFI=0.80,RMSEA=0.06,NFI=0.82,IFI=0.90,CFI=0.90.Internal consistency analysis showed that the Cronbach’ α coefficients of the questionnaire was 0.95,and the Cronbach’ α coefficients of four factors were range from 0.88 to 0.91.Conclusion Validity and reliability analyses shows that the competence questionnaire for middle school class teachers is acceptable.
