Comprehensive Diathesis Evaluation of Different Genders Medical Undergraduates

目的比较男女医科大学生综合素质评估结果的差异,为有针对性地开展素质教育提供依据。方法根据已经建立的医科大学生综合素质评估指标体系,比较某医科院校男女医科大学生各项素质的差异。结果医科大学生综合素质得分男生高于女生(F=6.953,P=0.008),具体表现在思想道德素质、专业素质和基本技能素质得分高于女生,而其心理素质得分低于女生。结论男医科大学生总体综合素质较高,尤其是思想道德素质、专业素质和基本技能素质;但其心理素质较低。

Objective To evaluate comprehensive diathesis of different genders medical undergraduates to promote diathesis education.Methods Based on the established comprehensive diathesis index system,we surveyed on all undergraduates at campus of a medical college,and analyzed the gender difference of the diatheses.Results The score of comprehensive diathesis of male undergraduates was higher than that of their female counterparts（F=6.953,P=0.008）.Frankly speaking,their scores of idea and morality diathesis,specialty diathesis and basic abilities diathesis were all higher,but their score of mentality diathesis were lower.Conclusion The comprehensive diathesis of male medical undergraduates is higher than that of the females,especially the idea and morality diathesis,specialty diathesis and basic abilities diathesis,but their mentality diathesis is lower.
