大学生宿舍冲突管理方式量表的信效度检验 被引量:4

摘要 目的将冲突方式量表改编为《大学生宿舍冲突管理方式量表》,并检验其信效度。方法使用改编的《大学生宿舍冲突管理方式量表》对579名大学生进行测试,运用结构方程模型对量表进行验证性因素分析,以自我构念量表为效标检验量表的效标效度,同时对量表的信度进行检验。结果①《大学生宿舍冲突管理方式量表》共有78个条目和11个因素,验证性因素分析表明量表的结构效度良好(χ2/df=3.23,P<0.05,NFI=0.95,NNFI=0.96,IFI=0.96,CFI=0.96,RMSEA=0.07),量表与自我构念量表之间存在预期相关;②《大学生宿舍冲突管理方式量表》的Cronbachα系数为0.97,各分量表的α系数在0.76~0.92之间。结论《大学生宿舍冲突管理方式量表》具有良好的信效度,可应用于大学生宿舍冲突的研究。 Objective To revise the Conflict Styles Questionnaire as the Scale of College Students’ Conflict Management Styles in Dormitory Setting(SCSCMS-Dormitory),and examine its reliability and validity.Methods A total of 579 college students completed a battery of questionnaires including SCSCMS-Dormitory and the Self-structure Scale.Results The SCSCMS-Dormitory consisted of 78 items and 11 subscales.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the hypothesized eleven-factor model fitted the data well(χ2/df=3.23,P〈0.05,NFI=0.95,NNFI=0.96,IFI=0.96,CFI=0.96,RMSEA=0.07).Consistent with hypothesis,the subscales of SCSCMS-Dormitory were significantly related to two subscales of the Self-construals Scale.The Cronbach α of the whole scale was 0.97,and those of subscales were between 0.76 and 0.92.Conclusion The Scale of College Students’ Conflict Management Styles in Dormitory Setting is reliable and valid.
