摘要
目的比较军医大学不同类别学员综合素质评估结果的差异,为有针对性地开展素质教育提供依据。方法根据已经建立的医科大学生综合素质评估指标体系,比较某军医大学战士学员和无军籍学员各项素质的差异。结果无军籍学员在思想道德素质、科学文化素质、专业素质、心理素质、基本能力素质以及综合素质项目得分高于战士学员(F=33.801,27.400,67.430,20.990,44.887,46.802;P=0.000),而战士学员在身体素质项目得分高于无军籍学员(F=7.077,P=0.008)。结论除身体素质外,军医大学无军籍学员的各项素质要高于战士学员。军医大学开展素质教育要注意提高无军籍学员的身体素质以及战士学员的思想道德素质、科学文化素质、专业素质、心理素质、基本能力素质。
Objective To evaluate comprehensive diathesis of different sorts of military medical undergraduates,and provide the basic for promoting diathesis education.Methods Based on the established comprehensive diathesis index system,we surveyed on all undergraduates at campus of a military medical college to further compare the difference of the diatheses between soldier undergraduates and those not having been recruited by army.Results The scores of the undergraduates not having been recruited by army were higher than those of soldier undergraduates on idea and morality diathesis,science and culture diathesis,specialty diathesis,mentality diathesis,basic abilities diathesis and comprehensive diathesis(F=33.801,27.400,67.430,20.990,44.887,46.802;P=0.000).The score of soldier undergraduates was higher than that of the undergraduates not having been recruited by army on corporeity diathesis(F=7.077,P=0.008).Conclusion The diatheses of the undergraduates not having been recruited by army is higher than that of those of soldier undergraduates.In diathesis education,corporeity diathesis of the undergraduates not having been recruited by army should be improved,so do the other diatheses of soldier undergraduates.
