摘要
目前由于对食品中致敏原标识的重点和难点的认识相对模糊,国内外诸多食品生产企业还未能有效应对该项法规。对2007~2009年欧盟、美国、加拿大和澳大利亚等国家和地区的食品中致敏原标识预警信息进行分析,统计分析出该措施对不同类别国家、不同致敏原以及不同无特定致敏原食品的影响,为企业执行该项措施提供了参考。
Currently,because of being ignorant of the key points of the food allergen labeling management,the food company in the whole world are inefficient in responding to the food allergen labeling Act.In this paper,the effect of different countries,allergens,and allergens free food,and then promote the coping strategies suggest were studied,through the statistical analyzing of the warming issued by European Union,the United States,Canada and Australia from 2007 to 2009,with which the food company can easily catch the point of the management.
