摘要
对食用油DNA提取方法、样品基质和食用油加工工艺对食用油DNA提取的影响进行了系统阐述;综述了检测基因、分光光度法、荧光光谱法、定性PCR、实时定量PCR和分子标记技术在食用油DNA检测中的应用现状;讨论了食用油DNA提取和检测中存在的问题及未来的发展前景。
The influences of DNA extraction method,sample matrix and edible oil processing on DNA extraction from edible oil were systematically illustrated.The application progress of chosengene of detection,spectrophotometry,fluorescence spectroscopy,qualitative PCR,real time PCR and molecular markers were reviewd.And the present problems and development prospects of DNA extraction from edible oil and detection technique were discussed.
