The patents related to production and processing technology of the edible camellia oil had been retrieved in Derwent Innovation Index（DII） and SIPO database,statistically analyzing the distribution and applicants of the patents in order to show more comprehensively and systematically the present situation and development trends of this technology research and provide a reference for the relevant departments in this technology research.
