摘要 在改变一个频率分裂短腔(150mm)He-Ne激光器(波长0.6328μm)的谐振腔长的过程中,我们分别测量了偏振方向互相垂直的两分裂模(o模和e模)的光功率。两模功率在腔调谐过程中呈反向变化。我们看到一个模的运行在特定区间内由于模竞争被另一个模所抑制,抑制宽度可达几百兆赫兹,而且随着两模的频差大小而改变。 By changing the cavity length of a frequency splitting 0.6328μm He Ne laser with a very short cavity(150mm long),we measure,while frequency tuning through full gain profile,the intensities of two orthogonally polarized modes(e mode and o mode)Vs a variety of frequency differences.We observed that the intensities of the two modes vary in opposite direction.We saw that the suppression bandwidth of a potential mode is several hundreds of MHz and changes with the frequency difference of the pair of modes.We also studied the relation between the width of range of two modes co oscillation and frequency difference.
