SHH在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义

目的探讨SHH在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法选择本院收治的68例胃癌患者为研究对象,采集其胃癌组织标本,应用免疫组织化学SP法,检测标本中SHH的表达情况,并分析其表达与临床病理特征的关系。结果 68例胃癌组织标本中SHH阳性表达45例,阳性表达率为66.18%,SHH的阳性表达与癌组织浸润的深度、淋巴结转移情况、TNM分期等密切相关。结论 SHH蛋白在大多数胃癌组织中表达升高,其表达与胃癌的浸润程度、TNM分期以及淋巴结转移情况密切有关,可将其作为胃癌的诊断、疗效判断的重要指标。

Objective To investigate the SHH expression in gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods Choose our hospital 68 cases of gastric cancer,collected the samples used immunohisto chemistry SP method,detection of specimens in SHH expression,and analyzed its expression and relationship of clinical and pathological features. Results 68 cases of gastric cancer tissue specimens of SHH expression was positive in 45 cases,the positive rate was 66.18%,the positive expression of SHH and tumor invasion depth, lymph node metastasis,TNM staging and other closely related.Conclusion SHH protein in gastric carcinoma tissue and in most elevated expression,the expression and gastric cancer infiltration,TNM staging and lymph node metastasis is closely related, can be used for the diagnosis of gastric carcinoma,to judge the efficacy of important index.
