未足月胎膜早破不同孕周的处理方式及对母儿结局的影响分析

目的探讨未足月胎膜早破患者不同孕周的处理方法及对母婴结局的影响。方法对我院2007年2月至2011年9月收治的517例未足月胎膜早破患者的资料进行回顾性分析。观察比较妊娠34周以下组患者和妊娠34周以上组患者采用剖宫产与阴道分娩的母婴结局是否存在差异。结果妊娠34周以上组患者的母婴结局优于妊娠34周以下者,P<0.05;妊娠34周以下组中,剖宫产组母婴结局优于阴道分娩组,P<0.05。结论对未足月胎膜早破的患者,医生需要根据产妇的实际情况选择合适的分娩方式。

Objective To investigate the different gestational age preterm premature rupture of membranes in patients with treatment methods to analyze the impact of different treatment on maternal and neonatal outcomes in patients with. Methods A retrospective analysis of 517 cases of preterm premature rupture of membranes in patients with admitted to our hospital from February 2007 to September 2011.Observe and compare the pregnancy of less than 34 weeks of clinical patients and pregnancy in more than 34 weeks of treatment,was used to compare the cesarean section,maternal and neonatal outcomes of patients with vaginal delivery if there are differences.Results The patients over 34 weeks of pregnancy the mother and baby are better than in patients less than 34 weeks of pregnancy,P〈0.05; preterm premature rupture of membranes in patients with less than 34 weeks of pregnancy,the cesarean section group of mothers and infants are excellentin the vaginal delivery group,P〈0.05.Conclusion Doctors to patients with preterm premature rupture of membranes according to the actual situation of the maternal select the appropriate mode of delivery.
