术前、术后使用中药结合外剥内扎治疗混合痔的临床效果观察

目的观察术前、术后使用中药结合外剥内扎硬注治疗混合痔的临床效果。方法将150例混合痔患者随机分成2组。治疗组采用术前、术后使用中药结合外剥内扎治疗方法,对照组采用传统的外痔剥离、内痔结扎术治疗方法,观察比较2组病例在疗效、愈合时间及并发症等方面的差异。结果经过治疗后,治疗组中,治愈71例,好转4例,无效0例,治愈率为94.7%;对照组中,治愈63例,好转12例,无效0例,治愈率为84.0%,2组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在混合痔患者的临床治疗中,术前、术后使用中药结合外剥内扎治疗具有见效快、并发症少、愈合时间短等特点,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of preoperative and postoperative use of traditional Chinese medicine integrated with the procedure of external hemorrhoids detachment and internal hemorrhoids ligation on mixed hemorrhoids treatment. Methods 150 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were divided into control group and treatment group at random,both of which received the procedure of external hemorrhoids detachment and internal hemorrhoids ligation,but treatment group combined with preoperative and postoperative use of traditional Chinese medicine. Then the discrepancy of the two groups among efficacy, healing time and complication,etc,was compared. Results In treatment group,71patients were healed,5 improved,0 ineffective, healing rate was 94.7%~in control group, 63 patients were healed, 12 improved,0 ineffective,healing rate was 84.0%.There is a significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Among the treatments of mixed hemorrhoids,preoperative and postoperative use of traditional Chinese medicine integrated with the procedure of external hemorrhoids detachment and internal hemorrhoids l igation,possessing the characteristic of faster effect,little complication and shorter operation time,etc,deserves to be applied to clinic widely.
