F344大鼠血液学指标正常参考值范围探讨

An approach to reference values of hematology indexes in F344 rats

目的建立F344大鼠血液学指标的正常参考值。方法采用血液分析仪对不同年龄、不同性别的F344大鼠的血液学指标进行测定,比较性别和年龄对F344大鼠血液学指标的影响,并按95%的可信限确定正常值范围。结果在不同性别的F344大鼠间,RBC、红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、WBC、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、RET#和RET%等血液学指标均存在显著差异,而NE%、LY%、RBC、Hct和Hb受年龄因素影响较大。结论不同性别和年龄F344大鼠多项血液学指标有统计学差异,不宜合并作统计学分析及制定参考值。

Objective To construct the reference values of hematology indexes in SPF F344 rats. Methods The hema- tology indexes in SPF F344 rats of both genders and different ages were measured by the hematology analyzer. The effect of gender and age of the rat on the indexes of hematology was analyzed and the reference values of the indexes of hematology with 95% confidence levels were constructed. Results Significant difference was found between male and female rats in RBC, RBC distribution width （ RDW ）, WBC, mean corpuscular hemoglobin （ MCH ）, MCH concentration （ MCHC ）, RET# and RET% and between rats of different ages in NE%, LY% , RBC, HCT and Hb. Conclusion Statistically significant difference in some homologieal parameters is observed in F344 rats of different sexes and ages.
