摘要
测定比较了参苏饮袋泡剂、丸剂及汤剂水溶出率、含糖量和总挥发油含量;并利用气相色谱法对其挥发油组分进行了初步分析。为改进剂型及控制其质量提供了实验依据。
The water extract, sugar and total volatile oil of Shensuyin have been determined and compared in the form of bag, pill and decoction. The volatile oil constituents have been analysed preliminarily by GC, thus providing an experimental basis for improving the preparation of the drug and controlling the quality.
