乌司他丁治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treatment of acute pancreatitis by ulinastatin

目的观察分析乌司他丁治疗急性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法 52例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为乌司他丁治疗组和常规治疗对照组,观察比较两组间治疗后症状、体征消失时间及实验室指标变化。结果乌司他丁治疗组患者症状体征明显减轻,血、尿淀粉酶恢复至正常所需时间较常规治疗对照组短,P<0.05;治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组,P<0.01。结论乌司他丁治疗急性胰腺炎安全有效,使用方便,有良好的临床应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the clinical treatment effects of Ulinastatin on acute pancreatitis（AP）. Methods 52 patients with AP were enrolled in this study, and randomly divided into Ulinastatin treatment group（25） and control group （27）. They were com- parable in dispearing time of symptoms and physical signs and laboratory data, Results The symptoms and physical signs of patients were significantly relieved in Ulinastatin treatment group. There was significant difference in total effectiveness rate between two groups （83.6% vs 59.1%, P 〈 0.01）. Conclution Ulinastatin is safe and effective drug, and it has good clinical value in treatment of AP.
